With ACT! and its intuitive layouts and workflows, less time is spent training, allowing the group or business to be more productive and focus on their main task. ACT! Premium makes ACT! even easier to install for larger groups because it eliminates the need to install on each individual machine with its Silent Install which deploys ACT! to the users in a network.

ACT! by Sage centralizes and secures contact data
. It provides a single, central repository for all critical contact information which reduces redundancy and errors in data. This also improves data control, security, and maintenance. ACT! also allows access to relationship history and opportunity information for better knowledge of the relationship with prospects and costumers. ACT! Premium solution keeps information more secure with its advanced features in synchronization, backup, and maintenance. ACT! Premium has five security levels, custom user permissions, viewable team memberships, and automatic database functions to fulfill the security needs of larger teams.
